The TURFU initiative: inspiring local change
Video report – 2024
In the Val d’Allier region of France, 6 structures have come together in the form of a Territorial Pole of Economical Cooperation (TPEC) to join forces and create an inspiring player in the ecological transition.
This 15-minute report took 7 days to shoot, during which our director Stéphanie filmed the day-to-day life of 6 TPEC member structures: Metabatik, Regie des 2 Rives, Rural Combo, Landestini, SBA and UMR Territoires. A human immersion in a warm and committed environment, right in the middle of the Auvergne volcanoes.
The challenge for B8 was to produce a story detailing the creation of the collective: starting in September 2025, Turfu Productions will use the film to meet the public at evening debates to inspire other similar initiatives in France.
A short version of the film has also been produced for the collective’s social networks.
